Overview
The project preparation activities are to conduct stakeholder engagement in the 3 countries and to fully develop all studies required for the development of the project of the CMERP. This includes the full technical and financial feasibility reports for EbA planning and forecasting, the Blue Impact Facility, as well as specific additional studies which provide for a robust programme of building resilience and adaptation forecasts and impactful projects on the ground. These specific studies are (a) assessment of ecosystem-based adaptation in the 3 countries; (b) assessment of on-granting mechanisms and development of draft operational manual for BIF; (c) ESMF requirements and drafting; (d) gender in ecosystem-based adaptation projects; and (d) stakeholder engagement planning.
