The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to Accredited Entities and PSAA Applicants on the legal aspects of funding proposal development. It serves as a companion for preparing and drafting the sections of funding proposals that describe the activities and the legal and implementation arrangements for the proposed Funded Activity.
