Interim evaluation report for SAP006: Building resilience of communities living in landscapes threatened under climate change through an ecosystems-based adaptation approach
This Interim Evaluation Report presents an independent assessment of the progress made in implementing the project/programme towards achieving its intended outcomes and objectives. It examines performance against the project’s logical framework, implementation plan and GCF investment criteria, including efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and paradigm shift potential. It also assesses cross-cutting themes such as Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS), Indigenous Peoples, and Gender considerations. The interim evaluation aims to identify achievements, challenges, and lessons learned to inform ongoing implementation and adaptive management.
