Interim evaluation report for FP113: TWENDE: Towards Ending Drought Emergencies: Ecosystem Based Adaptation in Kenya’s Arid and Semi-Arid Rangelands

This Interim Evaluation Report presents an independent assessment of the progress made in implementing the project/programme towards achieving its intended outcomes and objectives. It examines performance against the project’s logical framework, implementation plan and GCF investment criteria, including efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and paradigm shift potential. It also assesses cross-cutting themes such as Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS), Indigenous Peoples, and Gender considerations. The interim evaluation aims to identify achievements, challenges, and lessons learned to inform ongoing implementation and adaptive management.

The evaluation was independently commissioned by the Accredited Entity (AE) and submitted to GCF. GCF assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information in this report.
