This report provides an update on the progress made with regard to the activities of the Independent Redress Mechanism (IRM). The reporting period is from 1 May 2025 to 31 August 2025. The document summarises the activities of the IRM based on the work plan and budget of the IRM for 2025 adopted by the Board at its fortieth meeting.
