Overview
This final evaluation report presents an independent assessment of the overall performance and results of the project/programme upon completion. It assesses the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability, including contributions to GCF investment criteria and cross-cutting policy areas such as gender, Indigenous Peoples and Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS). The final evaluation also captures key lessons learned and recommendations to inform future design and implementation of GCF-funded interventions.
The evaluation was independently commissioned by the Accredited Entity (AE) and submitted to GCF. GCF assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information in this report.
