This document presents relevant environmental and social safeguards (ESS) information about FP275: Scaling up the Deployment of Integrated Utility Services (IUS) to Support Energy Sector Transformation in the Caribbean (Phase 1) programme. Project and programme funding proposals that have environmental or social impacts are required to provide these reports as annexes to the funding proposals.
