This document presents relevant environmental and social safeguards (ESS) information about FP122: Blue Action Fund (BAF): GCF Ecosystem Based Adaptation Programme in the Western Indian Ocean, specifically for the sub-project "Increasing socio-ecological resilience to climate change in the Barren Isles through protection and restoration of key ecosystems and diversified livelihoods". Project and programme funding proposals that have environmental or social impacts are required to provide these reports as annexes to the funding proposals.
