This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Enhancing the Resilience of Guinea’s Coastal Rural Communities to Coastal Erosion Due to Climate Change," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
