This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Enhancing energy financing through improved legislation and regulations to promote low carbon development in Palau," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
