This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Development of Climate Change Resilient Natural Resource Base to Support Livelihoods of Vulnerable Communities in Upland Watersheds," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
