This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Creating the enabling environment for Seychelles' 100% Renewable Energy Strategy (SeyRES 100)," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
