Project Preparation support is needed to transform the proposed project concept into a full proposal package. PPF funds are expected to complement the government-led and UNEP-funded GCF project development process initiated in Mozambique in 2015 by filling up key remaining gaps through additional specialized studies, a complete feasibility study and economic assessment, a gender analysis and action plan as well as an environmental and social impact assessment.
