This agreement, signed between the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Government of the Cook Islands acting by and through the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (MFEM), sets out the terms and conditions for the use of GCF resources. It formalises MFEM’s accountability in carrying out GCF-approved projects appropriately.
