This agreement, signed between the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, sets out the terms and conditions for the use of GCF resources. It formalises GIZ’s accountability in carrying out GCF-approved projects appropriately.
