The Board, having considered document GCF/BM-2026/09 titled “Individual performance review for reappointment of members of the independent Technical Advisory Panel”:

  1. Decides that the performance review of the members of the independent Technical Advisory Panel shall be undertaken by an independent firm, pursuant to the terms of reference set out in annex II; and

  2. Requests the Secretariat to procure the independent firm referred to in paragraph (a) above.
