B.BM-2026/01: Decision of the Board on the appointment of members to Board committees

The Board, having considered document GCF/BM-2026/01 titled “Appointment of members to Board committees”:

1. Appoints Kobi Bentley as member of the Ethics and Audit Committee, replacing Rebecca Lawlor;
2. Also appoints Hans Olav Ibrekk as member of the Performance Oversight Committee, replacing Kobi Bentley.
