The Board, having considered document GCF/B.45/05 titled “Independent Evaluation of the GCF’s Project Preparation Facility”:

  1. Takes note of the findings and recommendations in the Independent Evaluation of the GCF’s Project Preparation Facility undertaken by the Independent Evaluation Unit;
  2. Notes the Secretariat’s management response to the evaluation report as presented in document GCF/B.45/05/Add.01; and
  3. Requests the Independent Evaluation Unit to submit a management action report to the Board no later than one year following the adoption of this decision.
