The Board, having considered document GCF/B.45/16 titled “Implementation review of the Policy on Restructuring and Cancellation”:

  1. Takes note of the review of the implementation of the Policy on Restructuring and Cancellation undertaken pursuant to paragraph 36 thereof; and
  2. Requests the Secretariat to present a revised Policy on Restructuring and Cancellation for Board consideration, taking into account comments from the Board during its forty-fifth meeting and on the basis of further consultations to be held with the Board, national designated authorities, accredited entities, and active observers.
