The Board, having considered document GCF/B.45/07 titled “Consideration of funding proposals: Consideration of a request for changes to the scope of funded activity FP034 (“Building Resilient Communities, Wetland Ecosystems and Associated Catchments in Uganda”)” and its limited distribution addendum Add.01:

  1. Approves the Major Change with respect to funded activity FP034 titled “Building Resilient Communities, Wetland Ecosystems and Associated Catchments in Uganda” as described in document GCF/B.45/07; and
  2. Authorizes the Secretariat to negotiate and execute relevant amendments to the funded activity agreement for FP034 to reflect the changes hereby approved.
