The Board, having considered document GCF/B.45/21 titled “Appointment of a member of the independent Technical Advisory Panel”:
Endorses the nomination by the Operations and Portfolio Committee of Mr. Cyrille Arnould (France) to the independent Technical Advisory Panel for one three-year term starting no later than 31 July 2026.
