The Board, having considered document GCF/B.45/04 titled “Reappointment of members of the independent Technical Advisory Panel” and its limited distribution addendum Add.01:

Endorses the nomination by the Operations and Portfolio Committee for the reappointment of the following members of the independent Technical Advisory Panel for a three-year term starting on the date of the expiration of their current term:

  1. Ms. Marianne Kjellén; and
  2. Ms. Debbie Menezes.
