The Board, having considered confidential distribution document GCF/B.42/10 titled “Matters related to the selection of the Head of the Independent Evaluation Unit”:

  1. Decides to appoint Andreas Reumann for a second term of three years as Head of the Independent Evaluation Unit, beginning at the end of his current appointment; and
  2. Authorizes the Co-Chairs to negotiate and sign, on behalf of the Board, the contract between the Head of the Independent Evaluation Unit and GCF.
