B.17/02: Report on the activities of the Co-Chairs, including the outcomes of the Co-Chairs’ consultations, and the updated Board Work Plan for 2017

The Board:

1. Authorizes the Secretariat to provide a loan from the administrative budget of the Secretariat to the administrative budget of the Independent Evaluation Unit in an amount and for a period determined by the Co-Chairs, in consultation with members and alternate members of the Board; and
2. Also authorizes the Secretariat to reimburse an equivalent amount from the administrative budget of the Independent Evaluation Unit to the administrative budget of the Secretariat upon the approval of the Board of the workplan and budget of the Independent Evaluation Unit for 2017.
