This document proposes Policy on contributions from other sources not covered in the policy for contributions pursuant to decision B.45/18, paragraph (l), and in line with the relevant provisions of the Governing Instrument, including paragraph 30. The proposal consists of an enabling policy for the mobilization, receipt, administration, and use of inputs from other sources, including guiding principles, eligible sources and forms of inputs, financial and institutional safeguards, Enabling Mechanisms, and due diligence and approval processes.
