This document presents an updated policy for contributions to the Green Climate Fund for the third replenishment, prepared pursuant to decision B.45/18, paragraph (l), and in line with paragraphs 29 and 30 of the Governing Instrument. The proposal includes updates concerning types of financial inputs, financial safeguards, and the treatment of commitment authority following decision B.45/01.
