This document presents the review of the integrated results management framework (IRMF) and proposes a harmonized results management framework (HRMF). The HRMF consolidates the IRMF (decision B.29/01), the initial results management framework (decision B.07/04) and the performance measurement frameworks (decision B.08/07), as the outcome of the IRMF third-year review mandated by decision B.29/01 and paragraph 45 of the IRMF. The HRMF comprises results measurement framework, guidelines and appropriate performance indicators, in line with paragraph 58 of the Governing Instrument for the Green Climate Fund.
The HRMF reflects the extensive consultation and feedback received, with the key refinements and clarification being further explained in Annex V. Additional explanation on how the stakeholder feedback has been considered and addressed is set out in the response matrix accompanying this document.
