Overview
The audited financial statements of the Green Climate Fund for the year ended 31 December 2021 are submitted for Board approval.
The external audit of the 2021 GCF financial statements was undertaken by Nexia Samduk during April and May 2022. The draft External Auditor’s report states:
“In our opinion, the accompanying financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Fund as of 31st December 2021 and 2020, and its financial performance and its cash flow for the year then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards("IFRS").”
