Overview
This document provides an update for the Board on the resources of GCF, including initial resource mobilization and first replenishment. It covers the status of the contribution agreements/arrangements signed, the current commitment authority, highlighting the current cash and promissory notes available, and the forecast of available resources for commitment and disbursement. Also included is the financial report of the GCF Trust Fund, prepared by the World Bank in its capacity as the Trustee of GCF, which encompasses financial information as at 31 March 2022.
