Overview
The document outlines an approach to the development of guidelines for enhanced country ownership and country drivenness, referring to the roles of and opportunities provided to all relevant actors: the GCF, National Designated Authorities or focal points, and Accredited Entities.
It builds on consultations carried out with Board members, conversations with stakeholders, findings from National and Regional Structured Dialogues as well as early learnings from GCF-funded activities.
