Overview
The purpose of this document is to present to the Board key elements of an RMF, options for modalities for monitoring and evaluation, and key criteria that the Fund could employ to attain its objectives. This document should be read in conjunction with the other eight documents on the business model framework. Document GCF/B.05/05 on the allocation framework is particularly relevant as it discusses, inter alia, a results-based approach which will be linked to the RMF discussed in this document.
