World Vision Australia (WVA) is an international non-governmental organization headquartered in Burwood East that works to support vulnerable children and communities in overcoming poverty and building resilience. Through the global World Vision Partnership, WVA supports programmes across approximately 100 countries, including least developed countries, small island developing States, and fragile and conflict-affected contexts. 

WVA integrates climate action and environmental stewardship across its operations through its Environmental Sustainability and Climate Action Strategic Roadmap, which focuses on ecosystem restoration, sustainable agrifood systems, and community resilience to climate-related disasters. The organization has also committed to long-term greenhouse gas emission reduction targets. 

By partnering with GCF, WVA aims to expand community-based climate resilience and adaptation initiatives focused on health and community-based risk management.
