The Protected Areas Conservation Trust (PACT) is a national entity that was established by the Government of Belize to encourage and promote, for the benefit and enjoyment of the present and future generations of the people of Belize, the provision, protection, conservation and enhancement of the natural and cultural resources of Belize. It is a statutory authority of the country, applying through the direct access modality. PACT is entrusted by the Government to effectively manage Belize’s National Protected Areas System (NPAS) through strategic partnerships and high-impact investments.
