Gülen has built high-performing legal teams, championed ethics and integrity, and shaped policy at the highest levels. Her career includes high level advisory positions with the G20 Global Infrastructure Hub and Qatar Foundation. She holds a Juris Doctor from Dokuz Eylül University (Türkiye) and an LLM from Southern Methodist University (USA).
