The GCF’s Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme (RPSP) is the world’s largest climate action capacity building program. As per the GCF’s Evaluation Policy (adopted by the Board in May of 2021 through B.BM-2021/07), Secretariat-led evaluations are conducted to fulfill its role on monitoring and evaluation. In that regard, we are pleased to invite you to a webinar through which we will share the results of the first Secretariat-led evaluation of the RPSP. The goals of the evaluation were to assess its portfolio performance from 2014 to 15 January 2024 against the Readiness Result Management Framework 1.0 (RRMF) and provide  recommendations for further improvement of the RPSP .

The webinar will be held on 16 October 2024 with the aim of present the main findings, conclusions and recommendations of the ongoing RPSP Outcome Evaluation and collect feedback from key stakeholders engaged in the Readiness Programme, including colleagues in GCF, NDA/FPs, DAEs and DPs. Your valuable feedback shall be incorporated into the final version of the evaluation report. The webinar will have one morning session (08:00-09:30AM KST) and one afternoon session (06:00-07:30PM KST) to accommodate different time zones. French and Spanish interpretation will be provided.
