Accredited entities have expressed concerns and difficulties in explaining the climate basis of proposed activities. This webinar is organized in response to these concerns and is designed to (1) understand the main challenges that direct access entities (DAEs) face when writing the climate basis of proposals, (2) learn how DAEs and others have addressed these challenges in the past, and (3) provide an overview of the support that the Green Climate Fund’s Climate Impact Assessment Team (ClImATe) can provide to better explain the climate context in concept notes and full proposals. 

This event will be conducted in and will be offered in two different time slots, allowing for participation by representatives of National Designated Authorities and Delivery Partners of the GCF across Asia and the Pacific.
