The IRMF proposal serves as a strategic initiative which complements existing and anticipated assistance to enhance the institutional and staff capacity of the NTNC in integrating and implementing IRMF into project design and execution. In particular, this support will enhance the strength of concept notes in GCF bankable proposals. This proposal will also expedite the completion of funding proposals under development, as well as improve reporting and monitoring mechanisms at the project/programme level, a prerequisite for effective implementation and compliance with IRMF standards.
