This addendum contains the following three parts:

• A funding proposal summary titled “Promoting private sector investments in energy efficiency in the industrial sector in Paraguay”;
• No-objection letter issued by the national designated authority(ies) or focal point(s); and
• Environmental and social report(s)disclosure;
