This addendum contains the following two parts:

• A funding proposal entitled “Increasing the Resilience of Ecosystems and Communities through the Restoration of the Productive Bases of Salinized Lands in Senegal” submitted by Centre de Suivi Ecologique; and
• A no-objection letter issued by the national designated authority or focal point.

These documents are presented as submitted by the accredited entity and the national designated authority or focal point, respectively.
