This addendum contains the following three parts:

• A funding proposal summary titled “Building the climate resilience of food insecure smallholder farmers through integrated management of climate risk (R4)”;
• No-objection letters issued by the national designated authority(ies) or focal point(s); and
• Environmental and social report(s)disclosure;
