This agreement, signed between the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement / West African Development Bank (BOAD), sets out the terms and conditions for the use of GCF resources. It formalises BOAD’s accountability in carrying out GCF-approved projects appropriately.
