The objective of this request for proposal is to identify qualified, reputable, and experienced companies/corporations/firms (the "Firm") to provide Live & On-demand Webcasting Services and Technical Support which shall cover the following, but not limited to, range of the deliverables:

Deliver live and direct on-demand web streaming services for Board Meetings |

2.2 |
Enable live-streaming services via GCF's public facing website. |

2.3 |
Technical Support for both on-site and off-site live and direct on demand webcasting production. |

2.4 |
Provide webcasting services and technical support for off-site meetings. |
|
2.5 |
Ensure maintenance of service requirements and adherence to client timelines. |
|
2.6 |
Furnish viewing statistics as part of the service. |
