This document provides an update for the Board on the Initial Resource Mobilization process, including a progress report as at 5 October 2015, on the following areas:

• The status of signing for contribution agreements/arrangements;
• The current commitment authority highlighting the current cash available;
• The forecast of available resources for commitment and disbursement;
• The next steps under the Initial Resource Mobilization;
• The agreed plan forward with those countries that have not signed yet; and
• The concrete resource mobilization activities undertaken to raise additional contributions.
