This addendum contains the following three parts:

• A funding proposal titled “Irrigation development and adaptation of irrigated agriculture to climate change in semi-arid Morocco” submitted by AFD;
• A no-objection letter issued by the national designated authority or focal point; and
• Environmental and social report(s) disclosure.

The documents are presented as submitted by the accredited entity, and national designated authority or focal point, respectively.
