Following approval of a readiness request, legal arrangements are concluded in the form of a grant agreement with the grant recipient which includes and incorporates the Standard Conditions. This readiness grant agreement was signed between GCF and Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) for readiness activities in the Federated States of Micronesia on 25 February 2016.
