The objective of this user’s guide is to assist Accredited Entities (AEs) and interested National Designated Authorities (NDAs) to develop a concept note to be submitted to the Green Climate Fund. The concept note presents a summary of a proposed project/programme to the GCF in order to receive feedback from the Secretariat on whether the concept is aligned with the GCF’s objectives, policies and investment criteria. The feedback will provide information to further develop and strengthen the project/programme idea.
