This addendum contains the following three parts:

• A funding proposal titled “Improving the resilience of vulnerable coastal communities to climate change related impacts in Viet Nam” submitted by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP);
• A no-objection letter issued by the national designated authority or focal point; and
• Environmental and social report(s) disclosure.

The documents are presented as submitted by the accredited entity, and national designated authority or focal point, respectively.
