The thirty-eighth meeting of the Board of the Green Climate Fund (B.38) will be held from Monday, 4 March to Thursday, 7 March 2024, at Kigali Convention Center, Kigali, Rwanda. The meeting will be held daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Africa Time (UTC +2). Thursday, 7 March will be dedicated to a site visit.

Constituency meetings and meetings of Board committees, panels and groups are planned for Saturday, 2 March and an informal meeting of the Board will be held on Sunday, 3 March.

Technical sessions on funding proposals and accreditation proposals open to active observers will take place virtually in advance of B.38, the details of which will be provided in due course.

The online registration system (ORS) for members of the Board, alternate members, advisers, and representatives from accredited observer organizations, accredited entities and national designated authorities will be open from Monday, 22 January and will close on Monday, 5 February at 11 p.m. Korea Standard Time. All participants from these groups should register through the ORS.
