Overview
This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Strengthening the Resilience of the Most Vulnerable Coastal Communities to Climate Change in the Philippines' Eastern Seaboard," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate. GCF Secretariat feedback about submitted concept notes does not represent a commitment to provide financial resources to support the project.
